Recruitment Consultant (Remote Working)

Gecko Hospitality is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to work remotely while showcasing Escoffier as a key partner. This role puts you in the driver’s seat of the recruitment process, with the added responsibility of championing Escoffier’s brand and values to candidates and clients alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Sourcing and Screening Exceptional Talent
• Unearth great candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals. Review CVs, interview candidates, and evaluate their suitability for a range of opportunities—including roles aligned with Escoffier’s mission.
• Spotlighting Escoffier’s Brand
• Be an ambassador for Escoffier. Share their story, values, and the exciting opportunities they offer in hospitality and culinary arts. Show candidates why Escoffier is an unbeatable place to grow their careers.
• Building Relationships with Clients
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hiring managers. Collaborate closely with Escoffier`s leaders and HR team to understand their current requirements and larger business goals.
• Owning the Recruitment Journey
• Take charge of the entire recruitment process. This means advertising roles, coordinating virtual interviews, working through decision-making with clients, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience—from first contact to final placement.
• Aligning Talent with Escoffier’s Goals
• Work hand-in-hand with Escoffier to ensure all recruitment solutions support their progression as a company. Understanding their culture and strategic objectives will be at the heart of what you do.
• Achieving Tangible Results
• Meet KPIs through independent, efficient work. Remote working requires discipline and self-management, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in this environment.

• Key Skills

• A knack for selling opportunities and inspiring confidence in candidates.
• Excellent organisation, so you never miss a beat.
• Qualifications & Experience
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or something similar is a big advantage.
• Experience in recruitment or client-facing roles will set you up for success.
• Confidence with remote tools like video platforms, ATS systems, and virtual collaboration systems is essential.
• Personal Qualities
• Self-driven and disciplined enough to work independently.
• Results-focused, with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Personable and approachable, able to connect quickly with people.
